Public comment sought as Minnesota reviews groundwater protection

Minnesota Trout Unlimited and other state clean water advocacy organizations are encouraging the public to submit written comments to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) as the agency reviews the state’s groundwater protection rule to determine if it’s adequate to protect Minnesota’s waters from nitrate pollution.
