Lots of good reasons to love Hills Creek Lake ice in north-central Pennsylvania

Wonderful Hills Creek Lake in Tioga County is rich with beautiful bluegills, and it’s one of my favorite places to go ice fishing. But unfortunately the medium-size gills are being harvested too early.
