The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NRB) approved the purchase of 427 acres in Adams County that will preserve working forest land and include a public “corridor” to help outdoor enthusiasts access adjacent public land.
Also at the board’s Oct. 22 meeting, the board accepted the donation of 196 acres in Grant County that will be open for public access.
