Outdoor horoscopes for the week of Sept. 1 to Sept. 7, 2025

♈ Aries (March 21 – April 19)

Someone will say, “Teal season’s easy – just point and shoot.” You’ll discover otherwise as blue-wings zip by like feathery fighter jets.

♉ Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

A velvet buck will strut across the bean field at sundown. He won’t be there in October, but enjoy the preview while it lasts.

♊ Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Two teal will rocket past before you even shoulder your shotgun. By the time you sight them again, they’re headed to the next county.

♋ Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

That “quick” fishing stop on your drive home stretches into dusk. The bite stays hot. Your excuse for being late? The stars recommend honesty – but soften it with fillets.

♌ Leo (July 23 – August 22)

You’ll dust off your deer stand gear only to realize you stored it last fall with a family of angry wasps. Nature’s reminder: procrastination has consequences.

♍ Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

Clay pigeons fly straighter than teal, but they’ll humble you just the same. The stars say missing now is good practice for missing later.

♎ Libra (September 23 – October 22)

Camping under Labor Day week skies feels like summer’s encore. Except the neighbors are running a generator and the raccoons still raid your chips.

♏ Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

Your broadhead sharpening session turns philosophical: “Is it sharp enough? Am I sharp enough?” The stars like your chances.

♐ Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

Your retriever will sit like a saint until the first flock of geese arrives. Then he’ll leap forward like he invented goose hunting. Hand signals become interpretive dance.

♑ Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

Scouting cameras reveal a buck, a bear, and three raccoons in the same night. The woods are busy. The stars say your fall will be too.

♒ Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

Two days (12 hours) of intense wild ricing will produce a paltry 30 pounds of green grain. On the bright side, you don’t need to visit the gym for a couple of days.

♓ Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Your best cast of the summer will snag a tree. Your second-best will land a bass. The stars assure you balance is restored.
