St. Paul DNR Enforcement Division Chief Mike Hamm has announced the appointment of two new managers to his staff. Capt. Jeff Thielen, a 23-year veteran of the division, will be the operations support manager. He will continue working out of Camp Ripley,

Bill Spence, who has been with the division since 1983, has been named administrative manager. Most recently he was assistant director of the division.
