Rochester, Minn. The Minnesota DNR has scheduled a May 24 public meeting to coincide with a 30-day comment period on a proposed off-highway vehicle plan for southeastern Minnesota.

The meeting will be held from 5-8 p.m. at the Heintz Center on College View Drive Southeast in Rochester.
