Great Lakes official says stall of carp plan by Illinois hard to figure

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker continues to hold up the Brandon Road Project – a billion-dollar project to block invasive carp from entering Lake Michigan. The Project is funded primarily by the federal government, and Pritzker halted the project last month, saying he’s worried the administration will pull their end of the funding.
