Phase two of New York’s Adirondack Rail Trail opens ahead of schedule

Lake Clear, N.Y. — The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and Gov. Kathy Hochul’s office recently announced the completion of construction and the ahead-of-schedule opening of the second phase of the Adirondack Rail Trail from Saranac Lake Village to Floodwood Road.
