The National Wild Turkey Federation is celebrating its long history in Wisconsin and the restoration of the wild turkey in the state with an event in Prairie du Chien on July 27. (Stock photo)

The National Wild Turkey Federation, Cabela’s, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the hunter-conservationists from across America’s Dairyland will gather in Prairie du Chien July 27 for a celebration of the restoration of the wild turkey in the Badger State and NWTF’s more than 50-year history.
