A new report recommends the Pennsylvania Game Commission and Fish & Boat Commission share services in several areas, and the head of one of the agencies said more analysis is needed.
On Aug. 31, the Wildlife Management Institute which was contracted by both agencies to conduct a study on sharing services, released its findings to agency officials and some legislators. The report concluded that if the two independent agencies don’t alter course they could be broke within 10 years.
