In 2020 state legislators entrusted the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission with the ability to set its own license fees.
Now they want to do the same thing with the Pennsylvania Game Commission. House Bill 2690 would mimic what’s in place for Fish & Boat. It would allow the Game Commission to bypass the need for legislative approval to implement a license fee increase.
