State Roundup: Wisconsin fish and wildlife programs get a bit more spending power

Wisconsin DNR secretary Karen Hyun shared some thoughts with Natural Resources Board members at the top of the June 24 meeting in Black River Falls and talked a little bit about the legislature’s Joint Finance Committee recently releasing $4 million of spending authority (the budget had transferred the money earlier, but had not given the DNR authority to use that money until recently.)
