Warren Agostinoni Sr. spent his career in law enforcement, primarily working for the state Department of Corrections.
As such, Agostinoni prides himself not only for enforcing the law, but also obeying it himself, including on his many hunting adventures. So, when Agostinoni, who lives in Cairo (Greene County, N.Y.), harvested a bear on state land in September 2023 only to be later visited by state conservation officers who questioned the legality of his kill, he was shocked.
