The Minnesota DNR electronic licensing system (ELS) is one step closer to launching for residents across the state.
The DNR hosted a preview last Thursday, April 30 at its headquarters outlining what the first phase of the system will look like when it goes live this summer. Phase one will focus on licensing. During the preview, videos demonstrated how residents will access and use the system.
