Commentary: Pennsylvania mentors should not be allowed to fish for trout

Once again, I had very mixed emotions about this past mentored youth trout fishing day.
I took two of my grandsons, ages 8 and 9, trout fishing on mentored youth day, March 28. I am so thankful to the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission for providing this opportunity for our youth to be introduced to and mentored in the sport of fishing.
