These steps will have you ready for New York’s trout season

Whether I sit down to write about fishing or get out there and do it, I always stop for a few moments to consider the past.
In this age of AI dumps, we all need to remember what it was that got us here: Dad, Grandpa, (in my case, my mother and grandmother as well) and the friends that we still fish with who weren’t afraid to check our methods and question our results in ways that only those closest to us will do.
