Hunting case from Illinois involving retired MLB pitcher draws pleas

The poaching case in southwest Illinois that involves former Major League pitcher Danny Cox saw some movement in late January.
Freeburg Mayor Seth Speiser and two others reached plea agreements on a series of hunting violations that resulted from a state investigation three years ago.
