Plaintiff drops suit against deer cull in Columbus, Ohio, suburb

Franklin County Judge Mark Serrott granted a temporary restraining order Dec. 30 blocking the city’s contractors from doing any sharpshooting within 1,000 feet of Callinan’s house in southwestern Worthington.
