Rejected by SCOTUS, Minnesota deer farmers to turn to state Legislature

A lawsuit brought by the Minnesota Deer Farmers Association and several farmers themselves against state of Minnesota agencies (the DNR and Board of Animal Health) and officials reached the end of the line Jan. 12 when the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a petition to hear the case.
