Tips for gathering live bait during Pennsylvania’s winter fishing season

We never know what type of weather winter is going to throw at us these days.
Some days it is cold and blustery, but others offer up sunshine and the hope of more favorable outside conditions. When these occur, something within many sportsmen stirs and some find themselves digging out their fishing gear for a trip to the water. However there could be a problem, what about bait?
