Wisconsin’s busy sports show season opens mid-January

Nearly 20 Wisconsin sport shows will be held in January, February, and March, offering attendees a chance to check out the latest gear, talk with experts and see some of the top wild game trophies taken the past couple years. (Photo by Kevin Naze)

Winter came early this year, the blast of cold and snow a wakeup call for late-season hunters and ice anglers who scrambled to swap out their gear.
Now that we’re weeks into it, it’s time to look ahead to the Wisconsin sports show season, a chance for those who love the outdoors to stoke their passions inside for a few hours.
