New road, great views at North Dakota’s Teddy Roosevelt park

Shut down for more than six years, part of a scenic road loop in North Dakota’s Theodore Roosevelt National Park reopened Nov. 25, giving visitors a better opportunity to see wildlife and panoramic views of the rugged Badlands.
