Ralph Loos: Director’s Hunt a reminder of awareness former Illinois DNR director Brent Manning had

Now and then we stumble upon something that makes us recall something else that reminds us of another thing that brings to mind Brent Manning, the former Illinois DNR director who passed away last year.
This time, it was a social media post about the 2025 “Director’s Hunt.”
