Commentary: New rules for Pennsylvania public land videos are silly, seem unenforceable

The author asks, "what is the difference between videos, (moving pictures), and photographs, (still pictures)" taken on public lands? "How many photographs of landscapes, wildlife, plant life, etc., have been sold" (that were taken on public land)? (Stock photo)

The recent story about limitations on making videos on public lands, and making money from them, raises a lot of questions.
