Ohio Insider: Here’s why George Bruggeman’s record striped bass could stand the test of time

I was truly impressed with the fellow who recently landed the new state record striper.
George Bruggeman, of New Carlisle down in southwest Ohio, was a true joy to interview. If you missed the story, you can read it here. Bruggeman’s 37-plus-pound striper from Kiser Lake in southwest Ohio broke a record that had stood for 32 years.
