You’ve been working on an idea for a new crankbait. Slaving away in your basement, you’ve been able to make a crude sample that shows some promise but needs a little “tweak” or two to perfect it. You need a little help. 
Luckily, your best friend has a 3D printer, and the two of you come up with a working model that seems to perform in the water exactly the way you’d expect it to perform. You and your friend decide to form a company. You’re ready to take your product to market and make your first million.
