If it wasn’t abundantly clear already, 2025 was proof positive that Minnesota churns out some pretty talented bass anglers.
Back in March, Grand Rapids native Easton Fothergill ran away with the Bassmaster Classic title, besting the second-place finisher in the biggest bass tournament of them all by more than 8 pounds. Several weeks after that, Fothergill and New Market pro Seth Feider each scored top 10 finishes at the Bassmaster Elite event at Lake Fork in Texas.
