On Sunday, May 18, 77 boats with teams of two to three fishermen each launched into the Ohio River to take part in the fourth annual Bink Fox Fishing for Vinton County Cancer Research Tournament.
The tournament had been scheduled for Saturday but was postponed due to safety concerns over high winds. Most of the boats launched from the Gallipolis boat ramp with a few from other approved ramps.
