Twenty-two cars and pickups nearly filled the parking lot at the Soaring Eagle Wetlands near Julian, Pa. The vehicles mainly belonged to anglers taking advantage of the access to a section of Bald Eagle Creek delineated as Keystone Select – and stocked with buckets full of big trout.
