Lin Gamble earns Pennsylvania Outdoor News’ 2025 Person of the Year honor

Many people had given up on Tubmill Creek, a stocked trout stream in northern Westmoreland County, Pa., but not Lin Gamble. Along with the non-profit Tubmill Trout Club, Gamble has been working to improve their namesake stream and its tributaries since 1998.
From its headwaters on Laurel Hill, Tubmill Creek flows northwest to where it is dammed to form Tubmill Reservoir.
