Jeffrey Frischkorn: Fish Ohio program exceeding expectations

The Division of Wildlife hopes to have pins like the one shown above later this year and into next year for anglers to celebrate Fish Ohio qualifying catches. You have your assembler and then you have your collector.
The first person is a generalist and the second person is a specialist. Then too, you can keep shaving off layers until such a fine point is reached that the individual becomes an exotic expert in the field. For instance, you can assemble a gun cabinet with various kinds of firearms but that doesn’t make you a collector. You’re an assembler, more or less.
