The attorney representing a man charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission for using a drone to recover game is asking the state Legislature to hold a committee hearing, alleging the Pennsylvania Game Commission withheld evidence.
Attorney Michael Siddons, who represented Josh Wingenroth in the case where charges against him were ultimately dismissed, is accusing the Game Commission of intentionally withholding evidence prior to and during the hearing process.
