New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signs three gun bills into law

Touting a reduction in gun violence in New York, Gov. Kathy Hochul on April 3 signed three new gun laws, including one she said strengthens a law signed last year that requires firearms dealers and gunsmiths to post and distribute health warnings associated with the purchase of firearms.
