With a full head of steam, I was putting on the finishing touches of this edition of Michigan Outdoor News when I realized my 3-year-old German shorthaired pointer, Scout, was stirring up quite a commotion.
I work from a home office on the lower level of my home and he was in the kitchen upstairs – a room he knows he’s forbidden from visiting. He and my wife, Jenny, apparently were tussling over possession of a bag of organic cacao powder.
