John Breedlove’s mother once told him that he was the most observant person she knew.
That type of personality helps when you’re a serious steelhead fisherman as Breedlove has become known in Ohio’s Mahoning Valley. He pays attention to the fish and in turn catches more than his fair share of the lake-run rainbow trout.
