“Dan wants me to help clean out our deer stands,” Shannon shared, as we talked about plans for their visit on the Veterans Day weekend.
Those of you who have permanent stands are wrinkling up your noses and shaking your heads in sympathy with Shannon. It is a dirty job. But somebody needs to do it. That somebody has usually been me.
