Bill Hilts, Jr.: Keeping Capt. Bob Cinelli’s name rolling in a close-knit New York community

Capt. Bob Cinelli of Newfane, N.Y., passed away earlier this year due to some major health issues. I think about him nearly every day and miss his smile and chuckle. Labor Day weekend proved to be a celebration of sorts in remembering the impact he has had on this close-knit Western New York community.
