Steve Carney: Find the sweet spot for summer weedbed walleyes

It’s amazing how on the same body of water, you can catch super-deep walleyes and also walleyes swimming in shallow weedbeds. I’m convinced that there are separate populations of deep and shallow walleyes on most lakes.
Recently, a shallow spinner presentation has been working well for me. Properly matched terminal tackle is the key to success. Here are some fishing tips for weed-top walleyes.
