New York DEC, State Parks outline 30×30 proposed strategies

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) have released a proposed strategy document for implementing New York’s commitment to support the national goal of conserving 30% of U.S. lands and waters by 2030.
