It takes a special person to rise to the occasion for a special cause. And what could be more special than supporting children with cancer? That is why Capt. Ned Librock of Pendleton, in Niagara County, N.Y., is the 2024 New York Outdoors News Person of the Year!
Librock, founder of the non-profit organization Catching Dreams Charters Inc., is considered to be someone deserving of every award and accolade that is available in the outdoor sporting world. He is the electricity behind the organization.
