The Voyageurs National Park Frozen Lake Surface Use Plan took another step in the National Environmental Policy Act review process after the National Park Service sent out a press release on May 13 regarding a public scoping period.
The NPS released a new alternative, revised plan after reviewing public comments and feedback from last year’s spring civic engagement period. Now, the NPS is requesting feedback again on the preliminary alternative. The public scoping period ends June 28.
