The Dane County Conservation Congress and DNR public spring fish and wildlife meeting attracted some 87 people, and wake boats were the hot topic of the evening.
Maybe it was after-effects of the solar eclipse earlier that afternoon, but, a bit surprisingly, questions about deer and additional fishing restrictions drew little in the way of comments from attendees.
