Wisconsin bill that ends antlerless deer harvest for four years in Northern Forest Zone now on Gov. Evers’ desk

The legislative bill that would end any antlerless deer harvest in Wisconsin’s Northern Forest Zone for four years has been passed by both chambers of the state legislature and reached Gov. Tony Evers’ desk on Tuesday, March 26.
Sportsmen throughout the north are waiting to see if the Evers signs the bill, vetos the bill or takes no action on the proposed legislation. If Evers decides to take no action, which can happen if the governor decides to remain neutral on this issue, the bill still becomes law.
