Senators want Pennsylvania Game Commission to pay more to local communities

Legislation that was passed late last year increased the amount of payment in lieu of taxes made to local municipalities where game lands are located, but the hike didn’t come from the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
The next round of legislation, however, may take a different approach.
