Urban Fishing Program returning in Illinois, adds grant for bussing students

The Illinois Urban Fishing Program comes into the 2024 season with a new twist – while its offerings have always been available at no cost to schools in the state, DNR recently announced grant money is available to cover transportation to fishing locations.
