Catch big trout below dams in Pennsylvania this spring

Pennsylvania is loaded with man-made reservoirs. These were not built for the purpose of creating a downstream trout mecca, but that has been the result with many.
The cold-water outlets of these dams have created an artificial habitat for trout. Recognizing the conditions were ideal for trout, many of these waters have been stocked to create some of the best trout action in the state.
