Puppies are a lot of work.
While we romanticize about the prospect of a new recruit, we often overlook the reality of adding a four-legged dependent to the family. We daydream of future days spent staring skyward from a duck blind with a retriever at our side, or getting our 20,000 steps a day in as we follow behind a pointer in a CRP field.
