Senators seem to be good with Pennsylvania Game Commission’s plans to spend reserves

Six months after the Pennsylvania Game Commission avoided a plan by the state Senate to transfer $150 million from a $500 million reserve the agency was sitting on, Executive Director Bryan Burhans unveiled a plan to spend some of the money.
