The news article’s first paragraph was blunt.
“The ban on wolf hunting is ratcheting up tensions, pitting farmers in the rural north who fear for their livelihood against the urban populations who live in the south and applaud the move.” A livestock owner and hunter was also quoted, “Wolves and livestock can’t be together. They’re going to have to turn this story around, otherwise many of us farmers are going to disappear.”
