For Wisconsin outdoor enthusiasts who’ve waited years for enough preference points to draw one of the highly coveted tags for species like bobcat or bear, only to have life events get in the way of drawing the tag, Rep. Angie Sapik (R-Lake Nebagamon) has proposed a solution in the form of a new bill called the Preference Point Protection Act.
